Andrea started out in the telecoms industry over 14 years ago and within a few years was appointed Managing Director at a multi million pound telecoms supplier Freetime Communications. A title she kept for over 9 years, and then she took a well deserved break and travelled for six months.
Upon her return to the UK In 2004 Andrea started up her own business T1 Telecoms and having worked most of her career at senior level Andrea also has built a strong reputation within the industry for spotting and harnessing developing technologies, reliability and excellent customer support.
It is with these strengths that in such a competitive industry Andrea has secured major networks, a large product portfolio and a steady foundation from which the business will succeed.
Calum joined T1 Telecoms in August 2010 as our Sales and Customer service Executive. Prior to joining Calum worked for Vodafone in all aspects of mobile communications, which puts him in good stead to deal with T1’s mobile packages and solutions. With a number of years experience in customer service and previous roles in administration and accounts he has become an integral part of the team. Calum attributes his enthusiasm at T1 to the fact that the company works with customers to build up a relationship ensuring that the services provided and the customer care are of the highest quality. Calum is now an established advisor on all of T1’s products and is happy to help existing and new clients find the best solution for them.
